Grilled Everything Pizza

  • 1 pack of dry active yeast
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Bloom 1 pack of yeast in 2 cups of warm water (approx. 110°F). Place 3 cups of flour and salt in bowl, add water and yeast mixture- begin mixing. Slowly add remaining 2 cups of flour until dough pulls from bowl and creates a nice ball. Remove from bowl dust surface with flour and hand knead dough about 10x.
  2. Form dough into ball and place into separate bowl with EVOO at the bottom. Cover and let rise at room temp for at least 4 hours. Dough will weight approximately 1,200g, divide evenly into three 400g portions.
  3. Hand stretch dough, cover with marinara sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake on a pizza stone, cast iron or pizza pan at 450°F for 10-15 minutes (times vary by method).
