Kirk’s Grilled Steak

  • (2) 8oz Cuts of Filet Mignon
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 3T Butter – or Better Butter Garlic & Herb
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Halve and slice your onion.
  2. Add to a pan with pepper and 3T of @betterbuttercb Garlic & Herb.
  3. Cook low and slow for 30 mins until golden brown.
  4. Season your steak with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook to your liking and then Top with onions and more butter.
  6. Slice and eat!
