Kirk’s Honey Garlic Salmon

  • 1lb Salmon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 3T Butter
  • 2t Olive Oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2T Soy Sauce
  • 1t Sriracha
  • 1.5T Lemon Juice
  1. Cut the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl add the oil, water, soy sauce, sriracha, lemon juice, honey, and garlic.
  3. In a pan heat the butter. Once melted, add the sauce.
  4. Stir and bring to a boil. Add the salmon, cook for 3 minutes and continually baste.
  5. Add to the broiler for 5-6 minutes (until desired doneness).
  6. Pair with your favorite sides and eat!
