Kirk’s Pork Chops in Garlic Herb Sauce

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  1. On a plate, add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cut a slit in the fat of the pork chops to prevent curling when frying.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover pork chops in your flour mixture.
  5. Heat butter in a pan and add in pork chops.
  6. Flip pork chops when browned. Remove when they are cooked all the way through.
  7. Mince garlic. Add butter and minced garlic to pan. Cook for about a minute.
  8. Pour in wine, lemon juice, chicken stock and flour. Cook until thickened.
  9. Remove heat. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
  10. Add pork chops and cover in sauce.
