Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

  • 12 strawberries, medium-large size
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  1. Combine cream cheese, sugars, vanilla and salt in a bowl and whip until creamy.
  2. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag, set aside.
  3. Slice tops off of strawberries with a petty knife. Holding the knife at an angle, cut a circle along the top side of the strawberry to hollow center.
  4. Fill with cheesecake mixture and sprinkle graham crackers crumbs on top.
